Is it muskam lakol that you don't need to wait 24 hrs for libun chamur but you do for libun kal?

Is it muskam lakol that self clean qualifies as libun gamur?

I've heard people tell me they clean and wait 24hrs before running self clean, based on their rabbonim. Curious if maybe either of the above explains that stance.

pri megadim is mashma that way as well in 492.
He says not to kasher libun kal on pesach because it's poilet vs soiref and therefore like hagala. Even so, how would it be choizer vanivla

IME it’s becoming increasingly popular for people going away for pesach to “sell off” their house (leaving over one room) so not to have to bother cleaning/checking.

We lock and sell the chometz toy closet. We have special toys just for pesach. But still we make pesachdig the regular toys too but not going crazy with that.
