More people jumping on the United publicity shaming train, although it sounds like its probably the passengers' fault in the first place.

In wake of passenger-dragging incident, United CEO won't automatically become chairman

Delta's turn:

This is blown out of proportion. If not for the recent incidents, this would been a minor incident with relatively little press coverage.

PSA:
Listen to the darn flight attendants and do what they tell you to. Your chances of being a problem and making it to the front page of a newspaper will go down astronomically.

While the incidents are blown out of proportion, the silver lining of this (and the Delta operational meltdown of a few weeks ago) is that we might get some better protection from a highly concentrated industry that sells contract that guarantee nothing.

You're assuming that these "victims" don't want to make it to the front page of the newspaper.

I would not pee in my pants in the plane seat; I would get up and go to the bathroom.  It's not like they were taking off. You can sit on the tarmac for hours.

Did he call the attendant? It would make sense to me that if they've pushed back that you should probably ask for permission to get up and walk about.

And when they say "sorry" ?

Is there some law that everybody has to exit for every disturbance or is this them just getting revenge for everybody recording these things ? And certainly no need for federal agents.

Along with a price hike. No thank you.

But we'll never know right? It seems like it would be reasonable to plead your pressing need to use the bathroom to the FA and the FA can be responsible for whatever happens.
