OMAAT / VFTW / TPG / LALF all have 10+ posts on this, @Dan can we have one from you?
That's because those blogs are in the business of click bait and catchy news stories, Dan is not.

I feel like Dan probably has something to add. It fits right in to his narrative about the industry consolidation benefiting the airlines over customers. More likely it's because it was over the chag and he's being badgered by all the new DDMS people in Whistler.  :)

Sounds like a heimishe car rental; that after having a car returned with a minor scratch; goes to the back with a sledgehammer.

He's probably waiting to get all the details down pat before writing up something although I could be wrong.

Just add an ape and Pepe the frog and you'll be all set.

Huh? My question posited the very opposite. I was suggesting that regulation actually interferes with the natural self-correction of poor customer service in a true free market economy.

His legal team is likely just posturing until United comes crawling to him for hush money. He's on much steadier ground in the court of public opinion than in the legal system.

Agreed. If anyone, his case is against the officer that removed him, not the airline.

I haven't read their T&C's lately but does it include punching a guy's teeth out ? They've already lost a fortune off this.

haha

they could simply say it was his lack of cooperation that caused it

but still it's all perception

I heard he's opening a Location where you can pay to Man handle him and drag him around.
I'm thinking it might be a fun thing to do for the whole family for Chol Hamoed.
