We have some big news to share with you. Next week, on April 19, we’re moving to a new home on Amazon.com. There, you’ll find many of the same brands and products you currently shop on our family of sites.
Just like with any move, there’s a little housekeeping involved. Fortunately, it’s simple. If you’re already an Amazon customer, you’ll use your existing account to shop us at our new home. If you’re not an Amazon customer, you just need to set up an Amazon account—it only takes a few minutes. (Please note that your account information will not be transferred over to Amazon.) You’ll also find details on gift cards and credits.

AutoShip: Our AutoShip service for recurring scheduled deliveries will be discontinued on April 19, 2017. Please note that all Autoship orders that are scheduled to ship after April 19 will be cancelled.

GET5BACK: Our GET5BACK program for diaper case purchases is now discontinued. However, if you have existing GET5BACK credits, you can continue to apply them towards purchases made on Diapers.com through April 19, 2017 at 11:59 pm (EST). After April 19, we will convert your balance to an Amazon gift card, which you will receive by email to this address by April 28.
Baby Registry: Our Baby Registry program, as well as the 15% Friends and Family Discount associated with all registries, will be discontinued on April 19, 2017. All purchased registry items set to “Ship It Later” on or before April 19 will be shipped to you, if available. Purchased registry items set to ship after April 19 will not ship. In this case, an Amazon gift card in the amount of their purchase value will be issued by email to this address by April 28.

Also, please note that you will not be able to order prescription pet food at our new home on Amazon.com. We encourage you to talk to your veterinarian about finding the best option for your pet.
Gift Cards and Credits: You can continue to apply all gift cards and credits associated with your account towards purchases made on any of our sites (Diapers.com, Soap.com, Wag.com, YoYo.com, BeautyBar.com, and Casa.com) through April 19, 2017 at 11:59 pm (EST). After April 19, we will automatically convert your balance to an Amazon gift card, which you will receive by April 28.
