@TimT Do you have a better search engine on DDF??!!
It's crazy how you find everything!
It is called Google.

Site:forums.dansdeals.com (search term)

Or use the search this site bookmarklet

It's clearly not just a matter of google. If that were it then plenty of other people would do what @TimT does too. It takes a certain chochma. Give credit where credit is due.

I believe that it has a lot to do with remembering key words on the conversation surrounding the item you're looking for.
TimT does that better than any of us could wish for.
I don't sin, I give myself opportunities to repent.

I don't dispute that. @TimT does that better in addition to the better search engine besides being extra willing to help search to help others as well. The better search engine is still Google and of people would use it more that would take some of the burden of of TimT.

Just a quick update.
I logged into Find my iphone on a computer and put the ipad into lost mode so that if it was connected to the internet it would erase all my info. Sure enough within a few days i got a email saying that all my content was being erased
Never got it back tho :(
there is no GPS tracking?

Especially since you informed them EXACTLY where the booty was!   :-\
I think the only way is when you physically go with them (even though they officially don't let you on the plane) because you have to show them where you were sitting and don't remember your seat number.

I never got my stuff back even after I told them the exact seat number...
