I would try and reschedule, they have every right to deny you any appt if you're late. Some may be ok with it depending on the time/rush but I would guess for those that are 30 min late they may not allow you to interview.

You should be ok but it may be worth calling them as a courtesy and to see if they say not to come.  Many places allow drop-ins so they must just put you into that pool if you're late.
