Large amount of bookings. Everything that posted 4/11 and after have not received the bonus. Chatted a couple a days ago about it. Rep tried a couple of things but could not manually post the points. After checking with a supervisor I was given the number to MR department to see if they could do anything. Needless to say I didn't call. No mention of a policy change.
Huh? Why not call and ask what's going on?

Huh? Why not call and ask what's going on?
Someone that has one or two bookings in their name would be a better candidate.

This is really ridiculous. Why can't they just refund the points if the flight gets cancelled to avoid all the gamers. Or better yet, allow the points to be redeemed at a value of 2 cents without having to layout the points, like the CSR.

True, at least in regards to 2. But, I think that this and the hoops for the $200 airline credit makes them truly uncompetitive with the CSR
