I want to book a oneway flight from HNL to KOA on HA in first class. The HA website shows this is $164 on my date, but when the Amextravel website for Pay with Points has it at $260/26K MR. Is this something I can call AMEX about and have change it to 16.4K on their end? Is it worth trying Frequentmiler's "one time exception"?

All DPs I have seen of bookings made after 6/1 regardless of when card was opened (even after OCT 2016) or if card was upgraded after then are getting only 35%

Thanks for pointing that out. I just went to check my account and you're right. Both bookings I made on 6/2 only got 35% back. I opened the account in February 2017.

Supposedly you can chat amex and they will notate your account to get 50% on all bookings

give them a little bit of time to go back and fix it for everyone. They have sent out checks and added MR in the past when they made a mistake even when people did not know about it.

Can confirm. I spent an hour on the phone on Friday trying to get them to add the 15%. They claimed it's a known issue.

One of them said the 15% would come after the 10-12 weeks (they seem to have extended the amount of time they're claiming it takes) after a couple of tries I found someone to do it
