Missed deadline of 3 months to spend $4000 chase sapphire reserve!

I signed up for the Chase Sapphire Reserve card for me and my wife seperatly for the 100,000 points if you spend $4000 in the first three months. Just called up and they said i signed up on jan 9th so now it has expired and i didnt hit the 4000 yet, im like $200 away and i missed out. Is there anything i can do? Has anyone ever dealt with this?

did you try calling them for a extension?

I did call them. They talked to me about something called an escalation letter. Anyone heard of that? But they dont know if that will work

Did you spend over $4,000? Chase generally gives 115 days to hit the spending thresholds. Send a secure message asking for confirmation of the spending deadline. Make sure you're positive you hit the spend, preferably over a week before the next statement closes. Best of luck!
