What's the best and most reliable cell phone carrier in Jerusalem? I'm saying what carrier has the best service and fastest data? (I don't want to use a metro PCS kind of carrier bec there service is terribel) What's the "Verizon wireless" carrier in Israel?

Just make sure to get a dira with neighbors that have good open WiFi.
