did anyone who got cancelled and then order reinstated - have the order delivered or status online update to reflect that it is not cancelled anymore?

I spoke to them twice, they told me that my order will be shipping but online it still says cancelled and it still was not delivered.

I also got the same call from FedEx

They wanted to know when they can deliver the skid they have for me weighting 335 pounds, and if a tractor trailer came come down my block.

please everyone post when they make their siyum hashas

What time of day on the 25th did you place your order...you can check your emailed order conf...
Getting a little annoyed with borders that they are not following the first in-first out rule and just shipping them at random (or so it seems)

Everyone was basically the same 24 hours, almost a month ago. You can't really expect them at this stage to be exactly first in- fisrt out.
Although I do understand your frustrations.

Are you kidding? Its all by computer... Im sure they can pull it up according to the order in which it came in. If they cant, perhaps an upgrade of their computer software can help their bankruptcy.
If they werent going to follow that protocol, they should not have told people that

Today my account is showing with $130 Borders bucks valid through June 30 (but actually their lousy phone customer service is telling me that it expires tom the 25th), and another $65 valid July 1-30.
Does anyone know what the new $65 is for?

They are telling me that the $130 is a mistake, and I only should've gotten the 2nd $65 for July, and those $130 is a mistake on 5000 accounts, but they won't confiscate it from anyone but it must be used by tom

On my account with the $390 credit I used it up, got the books, and now there is another $250.87 credit good until 06/30!!! $640.87 in total on that account!

On the $265 account they just added another $65 good through 07/31!!!

I got an email saying mine expired on the 25th and when I called the rep happened to mention that they expired on the 25th yet when I checked my account it said they expire on the 30th! I played it safe and ordered before the 25th
