im not wasting my time. I just thought that since you answer most people’s questions in this thread, you may have some insight. I thought that from your answers here you have had multiple DP’s with returning stuff so you know a little bit. I guess I was wrong

If I have an outstanding purchase protection claim on a card that's waiting for me to send in documentation, will I still be eligible of I downgrade the card before the claim is finished?

Is that the usual procedure?
