i filed a return claim but got denied because i by mistake put in the date for attempted return the same date as the purchase which was within the return frame. what should i do? in the meantime im waiting for a supervisor to call me.

Probably not, unless you don't like talking on the phone I had a similar situation - I filed a warranty claim under the wrong credit card by mistake. When they asked for a copy of the statement, I realized the mistake, so  I faxed them the correct statement along with a note explaining, and they approved the claim without my having to call.

I already called and was told that unfortunately... too bad... then I asked for a supervisor, and now I'm waiting for a call back.

Yep! It might just have been a glitch or bug when the feature was new.
