I threw out box
actually, this is the second one i returned.  The first one fell and cracked into like 5 pieces and I went and returned it in a gap bag without a receipt or a box.  They didn't give me a problem even though it was obviously my fault.

I'm looking to buy a new shaver.  I've always used norelco but I don't mind switching brands if it will be cheaper and/or better quality-(smoother).

Many people  posted in this thread that the braun 770cc is the way to go. Does anybody know where I can find it for under $200? Or any other shaver that's not too expensive.

Yes. And I find that the older 5 series is better than the new 5 series, IMHO

Just adding my .02. When I first got my 7 series it was after many Norelco years. The shave went so fast I thought I was cheating. Two years on and its as good as new. (keep it in the base and give it the appropriate rinse after each use)

+1  The only problem is that it completely dies after a little while but I still think it's worth it.
