10w for 60w equivalent seems a little high. (relatively speaking)

Why? 60W incandescent is around 8 to 12 watts.

You could be right but from what I've seen 12W is pushing it. I don't think I've seen higher than 10.

The ones I have are all 8W, which seemed typical to me. but I'm certainly no expert on the matter so who knows...

They claim it's 810 lumens, which is just a bit more than true 60W equivalents are supposed to have (800). I agree that 10W is a bit of a weak ratio these days... it should be closer to 100 lumens per watt. Good 60W equivalents are 8.5W/800Lx.

That, and the fact that these are off brands make me say pass.
