Is the anova wifi worth the extra money than the anova Bluetooth?I know it sounds great to be able to control it from afar, but how many actually use that feature?
Its a nice feature but kind if useless. The whole concept of the sous vide is set and forget, no need to control the temp from a distance.

Well, if you want it done at a certain time, but don't want it cooking too long, you can start it while at work and it will be done when you get home.
