Can anyone recommend (and perhaps post) a video that explains the solar eclipse in a way that kids will understand? I understand it, I just may want to explain it to younger boys. (I know, I know... GIYF, but I cannot watch a youtube vid unless it's embedded here or the likes.)

Oh, what do I think? I think she is hates Jews (very common), and is dumb, angry and pathetic enough to blame her miserable existence on Jews. - Also very common.

What does it mean when someone says they want to keep Israel Jewish? What do they want to do?

Two different questions. Keeping a country religious is an easy one, keep the morals, beliefs, and values of the county, up to par with whatever religion you "keeping Israel/US". Keeping a country a specific race? Can't explain that, other than expelling others who aren't that particular race.
