Got the same 30 day termination notice off of my 15 lines with sprint. damn. i have 5 days left to choose a new plan - would be so helpful if you can help me out with it (tell me what you were able to negotiate, etc.)
My plan was 18 lines. Seems like Sprint is trying hard to narrow down their industry trailing subscriber base to nothing. The $45,000 I paid them over the last decade wasn't good enough for them I suppose. Either way I would definitely wager that they won't exist in another decade from now.
Is your cancellation rep also unbelievably unhelpful and rude?
I just went into a VZW store and started negotiating from there with the regional business rep. Their published business 4K anytime minute plan with free m2m, pick 10, and nights and weekends allows for 8 shared phones lines at $259 (for 8 lines) before negotiated discounts.
With negotiations I hope to finalize 22% off the monthly bill, plus free sms, and 35% off accessory purchases.
Data plans are $10-$30 before discounts. The $30 unlimited plan is going away sometime soon though, so gotta hurry up to get that if you want it.
