My point was that it seems that Amazon is now [planning on] matching Walmart's "pickup" with "no rush shipping", whereas until now they would just match their price outright to Walmart's "pickup" price. This is a downgrade from before.
Seems pretty obvious to me, initially they hoped that Walmart would stop with the huge discounts and it won't last. Seeing that Walmart is back, they have no interest in loosing so much money permanently, so to make up for the lack of physical store's, they want to ship at a slower/cheaper rate to minimize cost.
