I got the 16" bike shipped from Amazon. The first one. Then the price dropped further and I ordered a second one that hasn't arrived yet.

did not assemble it yet only needs minor assembly and it comes in a large box approx. 2X3X4

update:
just built it took about 30 min fairly simple but some parts would be easier with a second person

the Walmart i used is actually a sams club store so i was the only person waiting and with loading the whole thing took maybe 10 min
