Lower APR request chase?

I have a lot of cards and it happens to be im carrying a balance on a few, rather than shuffle balances around has any one had success with calling chase and requesting a lower APR ? thanks!

Discover is always ready to offer APR deals.

Calling Barclays and asking for an account specialist often leads to APR reductions.

Chase isn't as easy but always worth a try.  That's what Bluetooth is for
