Now that it is after 4/17/18, the offer is officially over and Newegg no longer appears on the list of participating merchants at https://www.visasavingsedge.com
That said, here's a DP: My credit card was charged by Newegg twice at the end of April (after 4/17/18) and I received the credit for both. My credit card was charged by Newegg once at the beginning on May and I did not receive the credit.
It was nice while it lasted.
