I made a couple changes and added conditional formatting for the Cancellation Date.

Nice changes!

I added some more:

1. I deleted "date applied" as the only reason to know that is either when to cancel, or when to meet the threshold, which have their own column.
2. I deleted the "canceled" column, as the only reson to keep that in mind is to know when to reaplly, otherwise you can just cross it out.
3.  I changed "Date to call reconsideration" to "Call consideration." There is no reason to specify a date as it is not a time sensitive issue; you just need to if "Y" - you will have to call or "N" - not.
4. I added a column called "other," where information like perks Etc, can be stored.

Obviously there is no right way and wrong way; I am just noting the ideas that work for me.

1. All other dates are based on the applied date.
2. When you change the cancelled field to "Y" then it blacks out the cancellation date.

I didn't realize that - that's pretty cool!! I have an older version of excel, it wouldn't let me make changes.

I forgot to upload my changes - it is there now.

I have a similar spreadsheet that i made for myself. I also have a column for "additional details" like offer codes for certain bonus's that im nervous wont post, or if for any particular reason that card is necessary for me to keep open (ie if i close down a certain chase card i'm losing valuable credit history etc)

I added some more details:

1. A column for recon numbers.
2. A Column for links which will be needed to reapply.
3. I also highlighted areas that need specific attention.

If any of you filled in some of the categories (I.E. the above two mentioned), have your own template, or have other ideas in this area, please be kind enough to share for the benefit of us all. Thank you!

You had your info in that spreadsheet...i assume you wanted it removed.
