I was never successful to double dip. The insurance asks for a letter from the airline, stating that they (the airline) didn't compensate

Does anyone have experience with Roam Right?
They are the most reasonable for my next trip, but I have never heard of them before.

They're good. I had to file a claim with them. Went very smoothly.

Is that full coverage? Cost $22 for 2 travelers 1 mil coverage
Compared to others that charge more than $150

Trip cancellation. For work reasons. Got back 100% of the money. Didn't take too long, maybe about two weeks.

Wow! What did you have to provide? Just a letter from HR or your boss saying that you needed to stay?

Not sure what full coverage is, but I once tripped down a flight of stairs and they covered the emergency room visit

Amount of money if CV something goes wrong.

According to what Dan posted above it's only $2500 for medical. And other insurances may cover other expenses as well depending on which you choose.

Won't regular health insurance cover ER visits and surgeries in other countries as well? Or do normal health insurance policies typically exclude injuries outside of the US?

My concern is airlifting back home, if needed, and getting better medical care for serious issues rather than rely on the usual, local doctors.
