One of my relatives who lives in Israel told me he's using all his shekels for as long as he can and avoiding using any CC or US money.

It hasn't been this low in years. I hope it will go up again soon.

We should make a support group. It sucks.

Though my English neighbor has it a lot worse. He said rent became 30% more expensive due to the whole Brexit etc...

More like $20 a share. Started off the year at about $15 and reached $30 by the end of the year.

So it's 3.4 NIS to a dollar right now?

If I'm going to E"Y in the next couple weeks, what's the best course of action? Or is it pretty unavoidable that I'm just going to have to live with my dollar being weak?

3.56 now. Assume it will go down more.

So, as I asked, how to prepare for a trip to E"Y in a couple weeks?

I'm in the same boat and am just gonna be using shekels I have put aside for the most part.  And otherwise just going to have budget more than usual. I'm hoping it won't go down too much more.

Just live it with? Unless you're spending thousands of $ it's not gonna be much of a difference.

Every 3 summers it hits 3.4 and then goes back up after the summer.
If it was that predictable, all Israelis would change their money to dollars now, and switch back later.
