Rutland, VT using airline miles?

family going for Shabbos in August, I cant make the trip and promised to meet them Sunday for the drive home Monday.
While there is a bus or amtrack as an option, I prefer to fly,  any suggestions
JetBlue to boston, then cape air to rutland, cant find how to get flight using jetblue, aa, chase ink points with cape air
