FYI, from their twitter, must be 1mm from one program but they say they'll honor if you can provide proof that you had 1mm at one time.

Just spoke to them on the phone. Its 1 free seat on any shuttle (at any time- once you fly you get the free token back) and 2 free seats on all the flight deals
