Do you mean AwardWallet?  AW has the ability to store your passwords locally (in a browser cookie) and not on AW's servers.

That's for SSL sessions when connecting to the site, IIRC they encrypt stored passwords using 256-bit encryption.

Anyone else actually using this service?

I use award wallet and have been pretty happy with it for organizing my points and cards rewards.  I use iBank (equivalent to Quicken) for organizing my finances.  From what I understand, it seems that this site does more than that and also combines finances and things; kinda like a mint and award wallet hybrid.  On top of that it makes bill statements and bill paying available.  That actually is a cool new added feature and might be worth checking out.
