I'm wondering if anyone has been following this story?  People have been contacting these merchants regarding this offensive merchandise and so far, Sears will be taking it down.

+1 if they said "kill the jews" it would be wrong, but voicing their opinion on a t-shirt is not a problem even if you disagree with it. By this premise, any pro/anti Trump/Hillary shirts should be banned by the opposition.

What if the t-shirts said "israel has no right to exist" or " destroy the Jews" would that be ok from third party sellers?

Well obviously we know what it's referring to but out of context, one can always claim that they are referring to peaceful negotiations to end the occupation. Being that they have that out, it makes it hard to ban it without infringing on freedom of expression.

Right or wrong there is no need to get your knickers in a twist over this.

The key, and debatable, word here, is "technically."

Ahem. Look at the map of "Palestine". Seems to cover the entire Israel. "From the river to the sea". May they all burn in hell asap.

Anti Zionism = anti antisemitism

I think this is a very dangerous position to have.

Many anti-semites camouflage themselves by saying they are just anti-zionest, but we have come full circle where there are anti-semites say "I'm not antisemitic I support Israel"

Also you can be a Zionest and want a "2 state solution"

Anti Semites do not support Israel- If that is the point you are trying to make

Also you can be a Zionist and want a "2 state solution"

Not under terms they want or will accept- which makes the your second point also inaccurate.

There are some people that will say or do antisemitic things but say that they support Israel.

Here is a recent example

Correct. If you read my post again you'll see what I'm saying. There is no issue with believing that Israel is Palestine and occupying Illegally. They want it to be called Palestine and be controlled by them. I personally disagree with this, and agree that they can burn in hell, but they still have the freedom to express it and put it on a shirt if they'd like.

So, for those who view this as a free speech issue, would that mean, since the KKK styles itself as a political organization now, that it would be okay for sellers to market hoods and KKK merchandise?  What about the right of buyers to protest what they believe is the promotion of an organization/entity that has yet to renounce the murders of Jews as a means to their political ends?
