Guys be careful with sprint. They put on $25 equipment protection plan on my line. I just finished removing it from my account. And make sure that you have autopay setup. Otherwise you pay $5 extra

Was anybody able to add Sprint premium experience for free calls and roaming to Canada? It doesn't stick to my account. I get the confirmation that it was added when I do it online, but it does not stick. CS told me Ion my first days that it's not available for the free accounts.

Don't they also have sprint global roaming? I don't see that option available either.

Upthread they said the T&C say if it is lost or stolen it is ok.... CSR told me the same.

Woohoo! Promo extended until August 31, 2017. They are also adding some new phones to their eligibility list. Even if your phone is not on the list, double check with the promo department to see if it is eligible anyway (some are). If so, you can escalate to use that phone to open the account.

I have gotten different reports as to how long you have to wait before replacing the original, eligible phone with a different phone that works on the Sprint network (from immediate to months!)

That vzw sim is just to unlock that specific iPhone. Doesn't even need to be an active sim

What is inside info? Someone has knowledge of information that is not yet public. I tried to verify the info through public means to no avail. $:-\$ I tried calling other reps to no avail. The person who gave me the info actually gave me more detailed info that I did not write. Is he correct?

I suppose most people who get inside info that should not be leaked in the stock market don't rely on it....but some do.

As confident as this person was, and as much as I wanted a HT, I suppose the for sure thing would be to think July 31 until we can corroborate the info.

Thanks. I only have a friends "active" SIM. All I need to do is slip it in, wait a min, and slip it out? No need to call Verizon? (I plan on porting a Page Plus number, so will insert PP SIM once unlocked.)

Is this a brand new iPhone? It has to go thru the activation process which takes 2 minutes. No need to call vzw.
