You sure there was nothing else, maybe some heavy spending on a new card ? 6-8 per account isn't a lot.

+1 it's not so much. This is what I was worried about awhile back - that adding lots of aus could trigger an fr.

Hi, i just got a call from Amex that they are closing my account, the story is that i have a gold charge card for a half year and this month  i made a huge amount of charges on this card and they asked for payment before the due date to use it further, i made a big payment over yum tov and the bank account was short with a few dollars so it didn't go through, do they called me and said that all my accounts are being closed, a gold, spg, and everyday.

Is there anything i can do about it?
If i pay everything off will it hurt my credit score?
Whats with my points?

I changed the address on my card and called to say I'm making large purchases and then ordered 10 iPhones.... I got declined and now they want me to send pic of license...which doesn't match the new address on account.
Is this a FR?
What should I do?

It may be just a verification. Or it may turn into an fr. Does it say charging suspended on your online account?

Then you are not currently under financial review. Doesn't for sure mean you won't be placed under fr if they ask you questions and don't like the answers, but in the meantime call in and see what they want

Opened account last week, loaded a grand onto serve, and am under fr already. That was fast. They want two months bank statements for the account being used to pay the bill, for now. This is gonna get in the way of meeting spend before succos.

Really? Have you used serve a lot in the past? I always do this with brand new cc's and have yet to have any problems thank gd. How do you know it's an fr?

Never to load cc. I have yet to spend a penny on my serve, just transfers in and out. I know it's an fr because they froze the spending, and I was told that when I called. Do they assign account managers if it's not an fr?

Didn't sound too bad. Am I fr safe for a period of time after I pass one? Can I go wild on the au's? (I didn't add any yet, except for platinum au's for benefits.)

Iirc there were reports of ppl being f/red again.... But general consensus is if it didn't kill you it makes you stronger... (still wouldn't go absolutely crazy)

Does this help, seeing as it's not a full fr? Bank statements sounded like a joke. (I don't have over five grand in any individual checking account, will that kill my cl?)

According to reports upthread it doesn't seem like being fr'ed makes you safe in the future. Sounds like a mini fr being that they're not requesting any tax returns
