Flew JFK to MXP( Milan, Italy) with Alitalia airlines with my daughter. We ordered kosher food and was confirmed but the crew on the flight said they didn't have any kosher meals for us. There was only one flight crew on board and they apologized for that. Flight was extremely dirty and bathrooms started to run out of toilet paper. I know this airline is bankrupt but is there anything that can be done? Hopefully I will have a stress free flight back to NY with a kosher meal tomorrow for the both of us.
