Budget doesn't have an elite program.

Avis does match. See Status Matcher.

Yes, I saw that. This is what they gave me when I requested the status match. I didn't bother with it more since I never rent with them anyway.

Yes they match to Enterprise Plus Platinum as well.
I got Avis Preferred Plus from my PC status.
Avis doesn't have an official status match, but I've seen reports of it happening. When did they match you, and how did you go about it?

I did it in January. I sent an email to Profile.update@avisbudget.com with a picture of my Hertz President's Circle membership card, and my Avis account number. The first time I sent it I didn't get an answer. I resent it 10 days later and  got a reply the next day that they upgraded my status.

Email clearly says that it takes 7 days to show up on account.

Its not showing. The email says it can take up to seven business days.
