They can even with the card still open. Personal experience myself and many others. I just got my 2nd UA card and 2nd bonus even though my first is still open.

  • Location: The value of a forum such as this one is not in that one can post a question and receive an answer, but in that the question has most likely been asked before, and the answer is available to him that will but only use the search function.
  • Programs: 1. Search on google. 2. Search in the right board of DDF with a general word or two. 3. Read the wiki. 4. Read the thread. 5. Ask away.

Fascinating. I have done this in the past, but today I called recon for someone who applied for a MPE card while having one open and the rep said Chase didn't even make a credit pull because of the existing account.

I hope times aren't changing. So cool that at least his credit wasn't pulled never heard of that before.

I said that having another card would make it easier to keep track of spending etc.

is this a good deal?

I would think so - Drago posted in a different thread that 13K VA can get you from JFK to London in coach with no fuel charges which sounds amazing. $90 AF with this card that doesn't appear to be waived. Any other BOA 2/3bm-able cards to throw in? I never had BOA and don't see any in 1st post.
