Although Bugaboo is notorious for having horrible CS, I saw some reports of success in obtaining parts even after the two year warranty is over. Has anyone here have success in this? I already tried but to no avail.

Come on! My wife tells me that people who buy Bugaboos are supposed to buy new ones every 2 years not replace the parts.

the double is so heavy...what a work out everytime.
sold it off after a year

I believe the double is out now. I saw someone with it in the last few weeks.

Yes, for a big US baby items store with a website, just if you order through her, you get a discount.
