ultimate rewards traveler profile

I'm trying to book travel using my ur points but the problem is you need to create a traveler profile and the max you are allowed to have is 9 profiles.
i can't seem to figure out how to delete a profile so I can create a new one.
Any suggestions?

I know I am bumping an old thread but I wanted to pass along that I called and they were able to remove a traveler profile. The CSR said it was the first time she had ever did it.
