Best way Brooklyn to GWB at night
« on: June 30, 2017, 12:13:18 AM »
So, I'm doing this drive a few nights a week.

I'm too cheap to pay for the tunnel, but the Brooklyn Bridge to the FDR as advised by Waze takes a pretty while.

Any hacks you can recommend?

Not sure if this works for you, but BB to Holland Tunnel is very quick when there's no traffic.

I remember it well. It was a Tuesday, 1:45pm, to be exact, back in August of 2004. It was glorious.

How about BQE to RFK? You can avoid lower Manhattan and Midtown that way...

ETA: But, you'll have to pay toll at RFK which I believe is the same as HLC
