Error message on yahoo.com

I keep on getting this error message which pops up on my screen every few minutes, anyone familiar with this error message?

Nope,did combine 3 emails in one, have access to all from one log in, should that make a difference?

I don't think there was a time I logged in that yahoo doesn't bother me about updating my password! (even after changing it,why do they want me to change the pass code every 2 months?  (never seen a pop up message from Google about changing pass code. )

That definitely is a reason to have to always change your passwords, but it causes lots of errors to pop up on your screen as a result.

I logged out of two yahoo accounts on 2 different phones as they were linked to each other and they tried logging back into both of them but to no avail couldn't get back in.
  Logging in online I had no problem but logging in through the Yahoo app on a Samsung Galaxy S7 could not get it to work on two phones that had the same account.

 Erased all the catch and all the data on each of those apps, didn't seem to help.

  This is the error message I kept on getting as seen in the picture below.
