I won't eat them at all.
The OU has a psak from Rav Elyashiv to consider keilim of cholov ha'companies to be n't bar n't d'isura. This is Rav Schachter's personal opinion as well. It is clear in Igros Moshe YD2 (need to look up exact tshuva) that he also feels it should be treated as isura for those who go with his preferred chumra of using only cholov yisroel since he says to kasher a pasteurizer twice before using for cholov yisroel.
That means one who eats ou-d, can he eat them after flashig meal? (either he's eating treif or its parve? )
And as well when there's no milk ingredients that means for someone who's allergic can have them so why are they milchik?
What did rav belsky say on this matter?
