Help Creating Multiple Twitter Accounts

I need to make around 30 new twitter accounts for some clients but twitter starts asking for phone number verification after one or two. It seems like the best way to get around this is to use Google Voice numbers to verify the accounts as all the other free phone number services have been blacklisted. The problem is that now gmail wants me to verify the new accounts I'm making and I don't have phone numbers to use for that. Anybody have any ideas about how to go about doing this? Either a better way to create the twitter accounts or at least how to get all those new gmail accounts made?

Only to a certain extent, eventually you need a new one.

I don't know, I have numerous accounts set with IFTTT and never had any issues.

My last batch was somewhere around 10, and the one before that around 25. Maybe it makes a difference that I created the 10 accounts using iOS.
