i just recently had 57000 delta points expired from my account without previous notice. i had moved from my prior address and did nt update my profie. i emailed and called numerous times to customer support but they have a no bend policy on expired miles. if you would have any advice as to how i should proceed or if you have any experience with this in th e past please post thank you

I know with united if that happens......what you do is find a place that would have gotten you miles and you never submitted for them. Have those miles post retroactively and that will reinstate the miles. I dont know if delta works the same.... Good luck!
