And that's what Huca is made for.. but not with a 20 min phn call, rather a rep who understands you in 3 min.

I ordered 1 X 36, Wal Mart shipped just 1. Chat got me refunded immediately - no hassle.
Besides for a free tissue box, i also got other items on this order, and the free tissues helped me meet the $35 required for free shipping

Got through to chat supervisor and they wouldn't budge.

Decided to call and got an American and they refunded with no fight and let me keep the 10 boxes...

I would not of cared so much not to receive the tissues to begin with if they were cancelled.

But if they think the condition was that I needed to spend my time to send back a few boxes or they won't refund me $100+ is just ludicrous.

same here what a waste of time. Never experienced such poor customer service in my life. 12.09 for 1 box of 95 rusty tissues!!
I wish there was a way to make them pay for the way they are behaving.

I waited until the order shipped before cancelling my Amazon order. I now know to with Walmart seeing is believing. More importantly when the difference in price is minimal, Amazon CS is worth paying a little more for. It's just not worth dealing with them unless the potential savings is really significant.
