I posted information that I felt would be helpful and did not ask a question. If I don’t see that info posted on the first few pages a will start a thread about it. No matter how many times you try to police what I do it will make no difference. Any other questions?

although i may not agree with you and that part, but i see where you're coming from. and yes i have 2 questions
1. did you read my post? (which shows how all of them were on first page or in title)
2. how come the thread you started just got merged? (you may have not realized but go to the first post)

1-When I say first few pages I mean of threads not search.
2-You have to be kidding. Did you notice only my thread was merged and not all four? How much more obvious does it have to be?

1. thats exactly what i was saying as well. - my post was showing you that in each of those threads, it stated this free FICO thing on the first page, never mind some first post. - and even more so, before you get in the threads, some have it on the title!
2.no i didnt notice because i wasnt looking for it because that wasnt the point!! the point was that you were trying to show that it makes sense that you shouldve started the thread and i was showing you that the mods merged it. nothing to do with other threads.

+1 you have my respect i agree. cbs there are lots of ppl looking for help starting new threads, thats a big problem. ppl starting new threads to helpothers is usually appreciated

I agree with you all the way that there's a diff. But when there are already 4 threads talking about the same thing on the first page[\B], then to add another thread is "clogging" the forum and it doesn't make sense to have a few conversations of the same thing in a few different places.
Okay, so maybe I wasn't right for saying "clogging" in this situation but forsure I have the right to show how there are already a few topics being spoken about the same thing.
It seemed from HelpMe's post that he was bringing a chiddush (new find).
But to call what I did a bunch of BS is just childish.

posting a free fico( might) not belong in cc thread rather in deals thread. but posting a good and passing deal like all other good deals that are posted its more beneficial if you start a new thread or someone like me that is not interested in any conversation about it would of missed bc i dont read thread about conversations that i am not interested in. but i still dont want to miss a good deal
and on a side note "clogging" up the forum with pointless arguments (i said /you said, and whos right) is just as bad a sin

Nice deal, thanks for posting. I got 7 cc's over the past year. The free credit report only gave Equifax, and my score was 772, but it has zero inquiries over the past year.
Obviously, as discussed on DDF, my pulls have all been from Experian, as I live in NJ. Is there any reason to think that my other two scores are significantly lower, or are they usually relatively similar?

if the 7 cc all got separate pulls than your experian score will be lower. (assuming your equifax is showing all your accounts, otherwise the extra credit can balance it out)

Anyone know if myfico counts as a 3rd party obtaining my score or if it shows as me pulling my score and report?? I saw a dif post abt this but didn't see a clear answer.

Yeh I just want to make sure its not a negative pull/hard pull. This 10 day trial seems better than going to annualcreditreport.com since it gives a report and 2 scores...right?
