Which CC should we use Starwood or chase ink

My husband for work needs to rent a Starwood hotel room for long term use (like over 100,000$)  He has the Chase blue ink business card and the Starwood's credit card. Which CC would give us the better rewards? Or is there a different card that'd be better

If your staying in a spg hotel paying cash you use your spg card

We aren't paying cash. He wants to charge it on a CC. And we don't know which CC would give the best reward points back

once he's there for over 25 nights, then you'll be platinum, so you'll get 3 pts per dollar if you use your SPG credit card for the hotel charges. Also the SPG transfers into other airlines and travel points as well. Some with a 2:1 or 3:1 ration. So this can be quite valuable.
