If you have 2 cards, you can waive the annual fee on one. Friend just did it.

Statements closed on the 11th. Still no bonus 25k on the Alaskan site.

same here, closed on 11th and it is just 17th now. i am thinking later today or tomorrow.
it took 6 days for my other alaska card.

BTW, Alaska mileage value is horrible on its partner airlines. read the award chart and bit disappointed.

What do you see? Alaska has some great redemptions with partners. OW's with free SO's...

Then you need to take off your glasses, give them a good cleaning, put them back on, turn on an overhead light, increase the font, and look again...

Or, as far as I'm concerned, use them on AS metal

Statement for both closed on 15th annual fee hit the 16th : when can I expect bonus 25k for both to hit? Can I get out of 1/2 af? & I had 2 hard pulls from Equefax . Was 2bm can I get off 1? So far tried & been told no..

Called on Friday to close one account and asked the CSR if she can moved the limit to the second account. Should have asked if a hard inquiry will be triggered but forgot. She tried and said she couldn't and told me to call credit department when they open. Of course this morning an email arrived from my credit monitoring service that a new hard inquiry from BOA generated on Friday. Why are those CSR so over enthusiastic!? of course I should have known better not to do things on a Friday night. Just venting...

Both statements closed on Jan 11th. Bonus miles noted on the actual card statement, but not on Alaska Air yet.

they love hard pulls.My sister transferred CL from one to another, the manager confirmed 3 times that it wouldn't be any inquiries. After a week, I saw hard pull, called BOA again, spoke to customer service managers and several credit dept supervisors. They said hard pull is normal but they will look in to it. A week later, there was another HARD pull.
Never believe them when they say NO. Do the CL transfers only when calling for new App approval.

today is 19th, so it has been 8 days and still no bonus on Alaska account. My Club carlson card statement closed on 17th and bonus showed up on CC account on 18th. Same with chase. Alaska is too slow

I am trying to book JFK-TLV with Delta and can't see availability for 60k Business. What should I do ?
I tried calling Alaska and told the. Flight # and that I see availability on Delta's website, they can't help me.

If there's no availability there's no availability. Did you try Air France ?
