Amex $200/year airline credit?

Hi, I'm a newbie at this, I got the Amex business platinum, charging is going fine, but I was told I get a $200/year airline credit fee..  Anyone know how I get this credit and deal with it?

You get $200 every calendar year after you select an airline the credit is only for extra services and not for a regular ticket. E.g. Upgrades,extra luggage, gift card.
