Some people asked few questions, so posting replies here. Tickets are not online, these are hard copies. These tickets are fully transferable, there's no name mentioned on them. No parking pass is included with them, Orpheum Theater is quite accessible by BART, public transportation, etc.
C row is the 3rd row from the stage, you can literally see cast's sweat and occasional spitting
