Your kidding?! When deals like these go viral and the deal last for more than 2 minutes, the order quantity is usually more than the manufacturer ever produced, in this case Beats.

In this case ot seems they plan to keep orders active and ship it out for a price we did not agree, which will cause disputes that customers will most likely​ win.

So in fact we do have a chance pulling it through!

How many beats do you think were confirmed? 10K? 50K? At a cost of around $250, do you think they can afford anything near $2.5m+? Do you think they care that much about the lost goodwill from people who aren't even students of the university? At the very best, I can imagine them offering a discount on school merchandise or books.

Even from a monetary perspective the reputation loss would cost you. And it doesn't take a dan to bet that this wouldn't get honored. Just compare their loss to the reputation loss from not honoring and you'll see there's no debate whether to honor this one.

Yup, that's the cold part. +1 on the not wasting peoples time even us common folk were able to see this was a dud.

The only benefit I see to dan posting this is it would have died quicker and fewer people would have wasted hours making many accounts and 1000 orders.
