Anyone had a newborn that was born with a hip click and was required to wear a harness for a couple of weeks?

My niece had it and had PT afterwards.
B"H by abt 8 months old she was so advanced with all her skills that the therapist had no work to do anymore.

My daughter. Although it's not called a hip click. It's called hip dysplasia. She wore a harness full time for 7 weeks and only at night for another 4 weeks. We went to the pediatric orthopedic doctor every few weeks to check on it and to make sure her hips were maturing the way they should be. Now we go back once a year for an x-ray just to be sure all is well. She's 5 and has zero side affects. Feel free to pm me if you would like

My daughter had it.
Harness full time for a while. I don't remember the full course of treatment.
It was shorter than the doctor first estimated.
Orthopedist checkups.
Fully cured as she grew bigger.  Follow ups lasted much shorter than 5 years.
It was 1986.  She's almost 31 and it doesn't impact her in any way.
