Not enough to make me switch from Samsung.
Note8 it is, first new phone since 2014.
Def not.

And Samsungs software is finally usable. I'd stick with the Note as well at this point.

It's gonna be a major upgrade for you :)

Wouldn't you wait for the Pixel XL 2?
I have the original Pixel XL and in my opinion, the camera, battery life, and software are way better than any Samsung phone.

I used to be the same way, but I got the 128GB version with unlimited storage for photos and I haven't had any issues yet.

Hey, You gotta try something new every once in a while  :)
I'll report back when I get the new Pixel and compare it to the Note 8

Pixel is an awesome device.  Some of the places it shines is it's camera which Samsung excels at as well. And it's running smooth which Samsung has gotten much better about. And Samsung does pack on little extras here and there that may have Dan and others leaning towards the Note/s8 anyways.

As for the photo storage, I mysf prefer a physical card but for most their unlimited uploads should be just fine.

I just hate that they mess around with the UI. In my opinion, it looks like a child designed it. Stock Android, or something close to it, is so much cleaner and settings are organized much more sensibly.

Anyone have this device? Looking for some feedback for someone who has had it for a bit. How's it holding up?

Why the V30 over the GS8+ or GN8?

Looking to purchase this (unlocked version)  for my aunt and I think I  can get the v30 for cheaper.

That's really the only reason at this point. Though I'm wondering if it holds up better after software updates than the Galaxy line does.

Can anyone recommend a screen protector? (All the ones on Amazon have horrible reviews)
